Our Feature:

n The L/D for screw can be 18-28, the standard is 28:1

n The screw can be specially designed according to the customer requirement; it is in good plasticization without black line etc.

n Special alloy is plated on the barrel with long life.

n Large torque gear box with hardened and ground processing on gear surface.

n All standard bearings inside the gear box are made in NSK Japan, it ensure the long life of the gear box.

n AC motor is used for saving the electricity energy. And ABB Inverter is used for reliable work life.
