Usage and Function:

Metal Bending Machine is used to produce a series of bending tube, furniture tube, sports equipments tube, air material tube, automobile tube and all other bending tube etc.

Body by welding; mechanical parts through assembly; imported hydraulic system and electronic control.
Using microcomputer control; English mode menu is simple.

1. Applicable tube material: carbons steel, mild steel, soft steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloy, copper, brass, etc.

6. Safety:the emergency stop button on the bending arm.

7. About 200 programs can be inputted into PLC, then show on dialogue-style operation

touch screen, easy to learn and understand.

8. Various Touch screen language are available for choice as per request.

9. Adoption hydraulic valve and oil way board can control actions individually to prolong

the lifespan of hydraulic parts.

10. Die material use high quality steel, hardness high and long life use, the hardness not below HRC50; dies including bending die, clamping die, crease resistant die, guide die, Wiper Die(Optional), Ball Mandrel(Optional).

• We design and manufacturing the tooling according the tube's specification,so the customer should send us the following tube's specification details:Tube's material and Outside Diameter,Wall Thickness,Bending Radius.-THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
• The Min./Max. bending radius could be made to order according the customer's special requirement.
• The length over mandrel could be made to order according the customer's special requirement.
