This is a horizontal spiral wrapping machine specialized for packing long and straight products, such as profiles, bars, pipe/tube bundles, etc. The wrapped package is well protected, sealed and looks tidy. The machine can be connected to your existed production line, which plays a key role in your production procedure and is popular in modern packaging industry.

BASIC FEATURES

1. Working mode: Automatic/manual.

2. Rotating ring: Reinforce aluminum cast-solid ring.

3. Ring speed: 10-100r/min, adjustable speed controlled by inverter.

4. Friction between wheels and ring: Adjustable by a belt tension adjuster.

5. Driving wheels: Polyurethane rubber.

6. Simple and safe operation: Soft start and soft top, ring reset.

7. Packing material tension: Adjustable by film release device.

8. Wrapping mode: Adjustable overlap of the packing material (Optional 10%-90%).

13. Polythurethane coated roller conveyor can protect surface of product from scratches or any other damages.
