3. Structure features:

1)HW pump combines the pump cover, impeller, shaft, bushings and bearings and other major

components.

2) Pump cover connects to pump and inlet respectively. There should be adequate clearance

between plane and the impeller pump cover. Actual appropriate clearance is 0.3 ~ 0.7mm (the

shaft into the pump inlet), the gap can be adjusted by changing the paper pad thickness.

3) Seal device consists of packing, packing gland, packing ring, and pump the fill ring. Its role is

to prevent air suction pump and to prevent excessive water flow out from the pump along the axial.

4)Axil sleeve is to protect the shaft. Timely replacement after worn.

5) The screw hole on the top of the pump is used for irrigation water or added water through
