1. How to choose a proper diesel generator set?

2. What are the common troubles and troubleshooting solutions?

• the battery is low - check the battery charge.
• the battery cable and plug loose - check and tighten the battery cable and plug.
• the middle of the relay failure - check the relay action
• starter failure - maintenance starter.
• poor oil supply system,not oil - exhaust the air in the fuel system, clear the pipeline to smooth the fuel pump, clean the early filter.
• start the button, start loop poor contact - replace the button, check the start loop.
• nozzle Tsui no oil spray (poor fuel supply) - Check the oil tank to the pump between the oil leakage, blockage.
• the fuel system infiltrated the air - open the exhaust screw to check the oil.
• injection pump injection time is not accurate or fuel pump failure - re-injection pump time.
• governor handle position wrong - when start it,put the governor handle in the no-load position.
• electric circuit board, actuators, speed sensors and other circuit failure - check the relative equipment and circuits.
